With the objective of being able to offer a product with maximum quality, our factory has been implemented with a system that prevents working risks and with a program of using internal supervision by independent consultants.

The factory located in Ciempozuelos (Madrid), has a working area of over 300 m2 with the latest technology within the sector enabling us to produce more than 200.000 litres per month with an automated and supervised process.

The center of deep freezing and logistics is located outside of Ciempozuelos own facilities, thus minimizing the risk of stock and the need for productive space. From this logistics center, located in Mercamadrid, exports of our products to various national and international distributors are made daily.

The location of the machinery and the division of the different production processes allow for scalability that in the future could allow to double or triple the capacity, and to do so using the existing facilities.
